"prompt": "A young absurd wizard learning to mix potions at a workbench in a fantasy wizard school classroom. He is a fresh design and clearly young - a skinny teenager with a scrawny frame and hands too big for him, a round freckled face, a snub nose, big anxious eyes crossed in concentration, tongue poking out, no beard, and a messy ginger mop under a floppy pointed hat several sizes too large. He wears a hand-me-down robe with sleeves rolled thick at the wrists, a scorched apron over it, and holds a small vial of glowing green liquid in one trembling hand, tipping a single drop into a bubbling flask that is fizzing over and turning an alarming color, a small puff of purple smoke going up in his face. His eyebrows are slightly singed. Behind him the classroom is full of other young absurd wizards at their own benches, each a different whimsical design of varied build, hair, and skin, in mismatched robes and crooked hats - one proudly holding up a perfect glowing potion, one ducking as their flask erupts in sparks, one asleep face down in an open book, one covered head to toe in soot. At the front, an old absurd wizard teacher watches with weary patience - a stooped figure with an enormous tangled white beard, half-moon spectacles down his nose, wild eyebrows, a tall battered hat, and a long robe, one hand pinching the bridge of his nose. The room is a stone classroom lined with shelves of jars, ingredients, hanging herbs, a blackboard of chalked recipe diagrams, cauldrons, and dripping candles. Warm light, drifting colored smoke. Comedic and charming. Hyperrealistic fantasy photography, wizard school potions class, whimsical character detail, warm candlelight, 8K cinematic render."

Video prompt 1
[1] Mode: Image-to-video using the attached reference for identity and ART STYLE. Match the reference's painterly look in EVERY shot.
PART 1 OF 2. Opening half of one potion-class scene. Ends on a specific frame Part 2 opens on.
MULTI-SHOT edit of SEPARATE CLIPS joined by HARD CUTS, NOT one continuous take. Each shot has its own camera angle and size, changing at every cut.
DIALOGUE RULE: NO DIALOGUE. No talking, speech, or captions. Music and sound effects only.
CONSISTENCY RULE: the young wizard, the old teacher, and the potion classroom stay identical in EVERY shot.

CONCEPT: Deadpan comedy setup. A young wizard mixes a volatile potion in class. It bubbles more dangerously as the old teacher strides over to inspect it and the other students duck for cover. Part 1 ends the instant before it blows.

CHARACTERS (identical every shot):

YOUNG WIZARD: a scrawny freckled young wizard with a big red nose, a huge floppy black pointed hat, a stained apron over a purple robe, wide eyes.

TEACHER: a tall elderly wizard with a long white beard, bushy white eyebrows, round glasses, a tall white hat, a grey robe, stern and curious.
SETTING: a dim candlelit fantasy potion classroom, stone arches, workbenches with bubbling flasks, a chalkboard, other young wizard students at benches.

SHOTS:

1 (0:00-0:03) MEDIUM: The young wizard hunches over his workbench, tongue out, pouring a glowing green liquid into a round flask of bubbling pink potion. It hisses and fizzes ominously, smoking. HARD CUT.

2 (0:03-0:05.5) CLOSE on the flask: The potion churns violently, changing colors, spitting sparks and smoke, swelling like it wants to burst. The young wizard leans back, nervous grin. HARD CUT.

3 (0:05.5-0:08) WIDE: Across the classroom the tall old teacher notices the smoking flask, raises an eyebrow, and strides over toward the young wizard's bench. HARD CUT.

4 (0:08-0:10.5) MEDIUM: The other young wizard students at nearby benches spot the wildly bubbling potion and duck behind their benches, giggling and peeking out for safety. HARD CUT.

5 (0:10.5-0:12.5) MEDIUM: The teacher arrives at the bench and folds his arms, looking down sternly at the frothing, sparking potion. The young wizard freezes, wide-eyed and sheepish. HARD CUT.

6 (0:12.5-0:15) CLOSE, THE FINAL FRAME: The teacher leans in close over the flask, glasses down his nose, his long white beard and bushy eyebrows hovering right above the sparking pink potion, squinting at it. The young wizard stares wide-eyed beside him. The potion bulges, about to blow. Hold on this exact frame.

AUDIO: quirky whimsical classroom music, bubbling potions, crackling candles. An ominous hiss and fizz building louder, students scrambling and giggling, then a tense held breath as the teacher leans in and the music drops to silence. Music and sound effects only. NO DIALOGUE. No subtitles.

STYLE: bold painterly illustration matching the reference in EVERY shot, thick brushwork, hand-painted storybook look, rich saturated candlelit classroom palette, expressive cartoon faces, deadpan comedic tone.

NEGATIVE: style change between shots, one continuous shot, single take, smooth motion across cuts, crossfades, dissolves, changing characters, changing colors, missing hat, deformed face, deformed hands, blurry face, second wizard, duplicate characters, anime, 3D render, CGI, photorealism, gore, blood, injury, scary mood, explosion happening early, dialogue, talking, captions, subtitles, on-screen text
Video prompt 2
[2] Mode: Image-to-video using the attached reference for identity and ART STYLE. Match the reference's painterly look in EVERY shot.
PART 2 OF 2. Second half, continuing directly from Part 1.
OPENING FRAME: BEGINS on the exact final frame of Part 1: the teacher leaning over the flask, beard and eyebrows hovering above the sparking pink potion, the young wizard wide-eyed beside him, about to blow.
MULTI-SHOT edit of SEPARATE CLIPS joined by HARD CUTS, NOT one continuous take. Each shot has a different angle and size.
DIALOGUE RULE: NO DIALOGUE. No talking, speech, or captions. Music and sound effects only.
CONSISTENCY RULE: young wizard, teacher, and classroom identical every shot, matching Part 1.
TEACHER POSITION RULE: through the explosion and aftermath the teacher stays in the FOREGROUND beside the young wizard at his bench, never leaving frame.

CONCEPT: Deadpan payoff. The potion erupts in the leaning teacher's face, singeing off his eyebrows and beard as the young wizard stands beside him. He ends sooty and stunned while the kid grins. Harmless cartoon blast, no injury.

CHARACTERS (identical every shot):

YOUNG WIZARD: a scrawny freckled young wizard, red nose, floppy black pointed hat, purple robe.

TEACHER: a tall elderly wizard, long white beard, bushy white eyebrows, round glasses, tall white hat, grey robe.
SETTING: a dim candlelit potion classroom, stone arches, workbenches with bubbling flasks, a chalkboard, students at benches in back.

SHOTS:

1 (0:00-0:02) MATCHING THE PART 1 FINAL FRAME: the teacher leaning over the sparking potion beside the young wizard, the potion swells one last time. HARD CUT.

2 (0:02-0:04.5) MEDIUM on both at the bench: the potion ERUPTS up into the teacher's face as he leans over it, the young wizard beside him. A big smoke cloud billows up and engulfs them both. HARD CUT.

3 (0:04.5-0:07) MEDIUM, both in the smoke: the teacher and young wizard stand together at the bench in a settling grey smoke cloud, two dim coughing silhouettes, students peeking behind. HARD CUT.

4 (0:07-0:09.5) MEDIUM: the smoke thins around the pair; the young wizard, still beside the teacher, has soot on his face and hat flopped over his eyes, blinking. HARD CUT.

5 (0:09.5-0:12) CLOSE on the teacher, young wizard beside him: the last smoke clears to reveal the teacher's soot-blackened face, eyebrows and beard comically singed clean off, blinking in stunned silence. HARD CUT.

6 (0:12-0:15) MEDIUM on the bench: the sooty eyebrow-less beard-less teacher stands beside the young wizard, who gives a sheepish grin. Behind them the students burst out laughing. Hold.

AUDIO: a tense held silence, then a big comedic FOOMP. A beat of dead silence, coughing in the smoke, then the class erupts into giggling laughter over playful music. Music and sound effects only. NO DIALOGUE. No subtitles.

STYLE: bold painterly illustration matching the reference every shot, thick brushwork, hand-painted look, candlelit palette, expressive faces, deadpan tone.

NEGATIVE: style change between shots, one continuous shot, single take, smooth motion across cuts, crossfades, dissolves, teacher in the background, teacher at the back of the room, teacher leaving frame, teacher far from the young wizard, changing characters, changing colors, missing hat, deformed face, blurry face, second wizard, duplicate characters, anime, 3D render, CGI, photorealism, gore, blood, injury, dialogue, talking, captions, subtitles, on-screen text

The process
